Born in the Philippines, raised in Virginia, settling in Florida, Chris Cruz now calls Deland his home for over 26 years. His profound talent was discovered at a very young age. With the encouragement and support from his parents, Jesse & Carmen, Chris focused on his natural artistic talent throughout his school years. In high school ,art teacher, John Mogle played a crucial part in Chris’ advancement in learning the fundamentals of visual art. Chris is very grateful for all those involved in helping him achieve success over the past 30 years.
Throughout his career, he has earned the distinguished reputation of being an Airbrush Wizard, renowned for his exceptional automotive designs. We invite you to visit and view his impressive collection of custom cars on display at the upcoming event scheduled for April 18th 2026. Here's a Brief note on what to expect:
Club arrives at 10:30am on April 18th Chris will have refreshments; water, hot coffee, a variety of light morning snacks of fresh fruits and assorted pastries Chris will do a paint demonstration session, answer questions concerning art, paint care, minor fixes, estimates, etc... Chris will have door prizes; CCA T-shirt & koozie, CCA discount Gift Certificate, and the Grand prize winner receives a Custom Painted Art Panel commemorating your club here at CCA We'll have your visit with us wrapped up by 11:45-12 noon ending with a group picture in front of our building.

Meet at Murphys gas station in Front of Walmart ( Murphy USA, 4986 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470)from 8:30 am to 8:45 am and depart at 9:00 am sharp.
