As the annual Covette Show nears, please feel free to reach out and volunteer
to help with our upcoming Corvette Show being held on November 8 th . Even
though we still have roughly 8 months before the show, we want to have our
ducks in a row ahead of time. If you have an interest in helping out, please
contact Roger Peterson. His information can be found in the Members area of
the website, and he can direct you to a team leader that needs assistance. See
below for the PDF that has team leaders for different areas of the show.
The St Johns Cruise is coming up in July. The date is the 17 th of July.
The cost per person is $72.80. (This is for a minimum of 20 people
attending.) Cheryl needs the money up front for the charter. The
lunch/dinner will consist of a 3-course meal with coffee, water or
sweet tea. Entrée will be selected upon boarding. Soda and alcoholic
beverages are available for purchase. Our tables will be on the main
level and the deck is enclosed for climate control. The upper deck is
open air. This venue is located at: 433 N. Palmetto Ave in Sanford,
32271. The trip will take approximately 2 hours. We need a rough
count for scheduling purposes. Please contact Cheryl so she can get
you on the list. We need a minimum of 20 people to make this happen.

04/30/2025 CCMC Board meeting at Mimi’s. Breakfast is served at 8:30
with the meeting starting at 9:30.
05/03/2025 Sullivan Cadillac & Corvette Club of Marion County
Spring Cruise In. The show is from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm. All cars and
motorcycles are invited. Trophies are available to members as well as
non-members. As this is Sullivan’s event, our cars are eligible for
judging. Shine ‘em up boys and girls. There is a sign-up sheet for this
event. We currently have 20 cars on the sign-up sheet. This is our
corporate sponsor. Let’s show him our appreciation.
05/07/2025 CCMCFL Membership Meeting at Mimi’s. Dinner at 5:30 pm
with the meeting starting promptly at 7pm.
05/21/2025 Cruise-in to Twistee Treat in front of Hobby Lobby. Start at 6
pm. Bring your chairs.
05/24/2025 Memorial Cruise. We have mapped out a route for this
event. As most of you know, we travel to several Veterans Parks in the area
and then stop for a bite to eat afterwards. Please join us to show appreciation
to the men and women who gave all for our country.
05/29/2025 CCMCF Executive Board Meeting will be held at Mimi's.
All members are welcome. Breakfast is served at 8:30am with the meeting
starting promptly at 9:30am.
06/04/2025 CCMC Membership Meeting at Mimi’s. Dinner at 5:30pm
with the meeting to start promptly at 7pm.

06/07/2025 Corvettes at the Beach/Myrtle Beach Corvette Club
One last thing, Lloyd Gribbon recently traded in his C6 Corvette. He has
several spare pieces of the car that he is donating to the club. Any proceeds
will be going to our charities. We will hold an auction at our next Membership
Meeting. Some of the items up for auction is: 2- LS2 engine covers red/black; a
shifter assembly for an automatic transmission, a cargo net for a coup, a full
set of cap covers in black, a battery tender, etc.
There is a lady whose husband passed away recently. Her husband has
several corvettes in various stages of rebuild who is looking to sell off for parts.
